IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please Read

Not only are vehicles are being broken in to,  now a home on Arbour Drive West has been broken into while residents were home. The front door was unlocked and two individuals walked in. The thieves took a wallet and the keys to a vehicle which they stole.

Please make sure your vehicles and all of your property is locked when you are not in the vicinity of them. Make darn sure the doors to your home and garage are locked after dark at a minimum!!!

Even though we have a pretty good track record for not a lot of criminal activity, that doesn't mean our property is safe.

Make sure you watch over your property and your neighbors as well. Neighbors protecting neighbors is still the best solution to breaking and entering crimes.

The Board of Directors are looking for CE Property Owners who are interested in starting a Neighborhood Watch Program.

Flathead County Sheriff's Department has an excellent Neighborhood Watch program that they will would like to work with us on developing.

If you are interested in starting a Neighborhood Watch program, please let any member of the Board know, or contact us through our email program:

If you see any suspicious activity or people who don't need to be in the subdivision, please call 911 even if it ends up to be nothing.
